David Boies has decided to throw his considerable legal intellect into overturning California’s Prop 8 and penned an Op-Ed piece explaining why he’s teaming up with Ted Olson to do so. The op-ed piece lays down one of the most articulate arguments against any restrictions on letting gays marry.
