He originally trained as a chef with hopes of starting a high end restaurant and opened the first Chipotle’s to generate cash for it. Chipotle’s is now the largest global purchaser of hormone free, sustainabley raised chicken and pork and likely done more to raise awareness for the nuitritional and ecological benefits of an organic approach.
